We are looking for a Dental Assistant to join our growing team. And here's the important part: you do not need to know everything on day one. We are happy to train the right person. What You'll Do This is a true team role, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable wearing a few different hats throughout the day when needed. Clinical / Chairside Assist Dr. Grewal with restorative, surgical, endodontic, and general dental procedures, including using a TRIOS (Dandy) scanner for major restorative procedures Prepare treatment rooms and instruments Take and process dental radiographs Set up and break down operatories Assist with sterilization and infection control Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment Help patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit Learn new procedures, materials, technology, and workflows as you develop Front Office / Patient Experience Greet and check in patients Help with patient check-out and scheduling using our cloud-based EMR, Curve Hero Confirm upcoming appointments Answer phones and communicate with patients using Weave Take accurate notes and document patient conversations Help keep the schedule running smoothly In a small practice, everyone helps everyone. Our philosophy is pretty simple: take care of people, do excellent dentistry, and build relationships that last. We want our patients to feel comfortable asking questions, understand their treatment, and know that we're recommending what we would recommend to our own families. Our practice is modern and technology-forward, but we believe the most important technology in the office is still a team that listens and cares. We are growing, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us. Our office hours are a little tricky, but will likely be changing soon, so don't panic yet! Every other Monday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with lunch from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Every Tuesday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with lunch from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Every Wednesday and Thursday, 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., no lunch Every other Friday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., no lunch We do ask that team members be in-office no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of the day, and we ask for flexibility as we may need to stay after close of business, depending on patient care (don't worry, this doesn't happen often!).
