What You’ll Be Doing As a Dental Assistant, you’ll play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for every patient. Your day may include: Welcoming patients and team members with a smile and positive attitude Helping create a Patient Experience That Exceeds Expectations — every patient, every day Updating patient medical histories Preparing for upcoming procedures and anticipating the Doctor’s needs Assisting the Doctor in providing outstanding patient care Continuously learning and expanding your skills and scope of services Performing necessary laboratory work Following universal precautions, sterilization, and infection-control procedures Jumping in and helping wherever needed to support the team We’re Looking for Someone Who Is… Positive, friendly, and genuinely enjoys working with people Motivated and eager to learn Dependable and willing to be a team player Comfortable in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment Professional while still bringing personality and energy to the office Proud of their work and committed to doing things the right way Interested in growing both personally and professionally Dental assisting experience is a plus, but the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn matter tremendously to us.
