Dental Hygienist — Brighton Family Dentistry Location: Brighton Family Dentistry Pay: $50/hour plus bonuses Position: Dental Hygienist About the Position Brighton Family Dentistry is seeking a skilled, compassionate, and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate is committed to providing excellent preventive dental care while creating a comfortable and positive experience for every patient. Responsibilities Provide thorough dental cleanings and preventive hygiene services Perform periodontal assessments and document patient findings Take and develop dental X-rays as permitted by state regulations Apply fluoride, sealants, and other preventive treatments as appropriate Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care Review medical and dental histories and identify relevant concerns Maintain accurate and timely patient records Follow all OSHA, infection-control, and office safety protocols Work collaboratively with the dentist and dental team Help create a welcoming, professional patient experience Qualifications Current Dental Hygiene license in the applicable state Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program Current CPR/BLS certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Comfortable working with patients of all ages Commitment to high-quality patient care and infection-control standards Compensation $50 per hour plus bonuses Medical and Vision Insurance 401k Matching PTO and Sick-time How to Apply If you're an enthusiastic dental hygienist who takes pride in providing exceptional patient care, we'd love to hear from you.
