Responsibilities Provide high-quality comprehensive general dentistry Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans Emphasize prevention and long-term oral health Educate patients about their conditions and treatment options Provide restorative and general dental procedures within your training and experience Collaborate on complex and interdisciplinary cases Learn and incorporate integrative techniques as appropriate Participate in continuing education and team training Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation Contribute to a positive, collaborative practice culture Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Current North Carolina dental license Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to ethical, patient-centered dentistry Strong desire for continued professional growth Interest in integrative, functional, airway, preventive, or wellness-focused dentistry SMART certification is a plus, but willingness to obtain certification is equally welcome This May Be the Right Practice for You If...
