About Us Anthem Dental - Temecula is a well-established, high-volume practice serving Temecula The Role We're hiring an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) / Dental Assistant for our back office. We're looking for a credentialed, dependable clinical professional who can step confidently into a high-volume general dentistry practice and deliver consistently excellent patient care. What We're Looking For - Active RDA license or equivalent state dental assisting certification, in good standing - Current dental radiography (X-ray) certification - At least 1 year of recent back-office/chairside experience in a dental practice - Comfortable working at a steady pace in a busy office Duties - Assist dentists chairside during general dentistry procedures using four-handed technique - Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments per infection-control protocol - Take dental radiographs accurately and safely - Maintain accurate patient clinical records in compliance with HIPAA - Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral health - Keep patient flow moving smoothly between the back office and front desk Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Work Location: In person
