Responsibilities Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable throughout their visit Prepare patients, treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures Assist our dentists with efficient four-handed dentistry Take dental radiographs as permitted Sterilize and disinfect instruments and treatment areas according to current standards Perform clinical duties within the scope of an RDA Complete laboratory tasks as directed Provide patients with oral hygiene and post-operative instructions Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and well stocked Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation Work closely with our doctors, hygienists, assistants, and administrative team to provide an excellent patient experience Qualifications Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) credentials required Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and sterilization protocols Understanding of infection control and workplace safety requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organized, reliable, and attentive to detail Comfortable using computers and dental software Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a positive, patient-focused attitude Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus Additional certifications and expanded-function training are a plus Why Lifetime Dental?
