Registered Dental Hygienist — 2 Days/Week Looking for a dental hygiene position where you can slow down, build relationships with your patients, and provide the level of care you were trained to provide? We’re a growing fee-for-service dental practice looking to add another Registered Dental Hygienist to our team. We believe great dentistry isn’t about seeing as many patients as possible — it’s about taking the time to listen, educate, diagnose, and provide excellent care. Our practice is centered around whole-body health, comprehensive dentistry, and long-term relationships with our patients. The Schedule Thursday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM Two consistent days per week with no evening hours. What Makes Our Hygiene Department Different We intentionally allow our hygienists the time needed to provide thoughtful, thorough care. 1.5 hours for new patient hygiene appointments and exams 1 hour for routine prophy/exam appointments Time to build genuine relationships with patients A strong focus on periodontal health and prevention A co-diagnosis approach — helping patients understand what you see and why treatment may be recommended Intraoral photography and digital technology to help patients visualize their oral health A fee-for-service model focused on quality of care rather than volume We want our hygienists to feel like valued members of the treatment team — not like they are simply moving patients through a schedule. Who We're Looking For We’re looking for a hygienist who: Enjoys building relationships and creating a positive patient experience Communicates well with patients and teammates Takes pride in providing excellent periodontal and preventive care Is comfortable educating patients and helping them understand their oral health Believes in a whole-body approach to health Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team Is comfortable with technology and digital charting Our office is fully digital, including digital radiographs, CBCT, intraoral cameras, and computerized charting.
