Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, including general dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments, materials, and sterilized equipment following strict infection control protocols Take and develop dental X-rays and medical imaging to assist with diagnosis and treatment planning Manage patient records accurately using Eaglesoft while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations Perform chairside assisting Support administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, greeting patients, and managing medical documentation Anticipate Dr.'s needs during procedures Proficiency with Eaglesoft and Dexis is a plus! Strong understanding of dental terminology, medical terminology, and anatomy knowledge relevant to dentistry Experience with infection control practices and aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment Ability to perform X-ray procedures safely adhering to radiation safety standards Familiarity with dental assisting procedures including four-handed dentistry and chairside assisting techniques Cross-Trained with Front desk is a plus.
