The Role We operate in a fast-paced clinical environment, and we need a confident Dental Assistant who can seamlessly function alongside one or two doctors. Beyond clinical excellence, we are looking for someone with natural leadership qualities and compassionate about our patients dental needs. What You Will Do: Assist 1-2 doctors efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy clinical setting. Provide exceptional, compassionate, and kind care to every patient who walks through our doors. Take initiative on the clinical floor, demonstrating leadership and excellent problem-solving skills. Work collaboratively with the entire team to ensure the day runs smoothly. Perform standard dental assistant duties (chairside assisting, sterilization, room turnover, taking X-rays, charting, impression taking, digital scans) Actively contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace culture. What We Are Looking For: Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of clinical Dental Assisting experience (Required). Pace: Ability to thrive and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced clinical environment. Leadership: A self-starter with leadership qualities and the ambition to grow into a Lead Assistant. Teamwork: A strong team player who is willing to jump in and help wherever needed.
