Aloha Dental Group is looking for a motivated, personable Registered Dental Hygienist who wants the freedom to build a schedule that works around their life. A Different Kind of Hygiene Position We are a small, growing dental practice and are open to accommodating the right hygienist’s availability. You choose how much you want to work. Whether you want one day a week, a few days a month, specific hours, or the opportunity to gradually build a larger schedule , we are open to discussing what works for both you and the practice. Compensation Based on Patients Seen We are open to a per-patient compensation model , giving you more control over your workload and earning potential. You can choose how many patients you are comfortable seeing in a day rather than being locked into an overly aggressive schedule. For hygienists who want additional hours, there is also an opportunity to help reconnect with existing patients who are due or overdue for hygiene care and help bring them back onto the schedule. You would be compensated for the patients you see. This can be a great opportunity for someone who is proactive and enjoys developing relationships with patients rather than simply waiting for a schedule to be handed to them.
