What We Offer Full-time, 4-day workweek Paid Time Off (PTO) Dental & Health Insurance 401(k) No Wednesday hours Friday afternoons off No late nights No weekend hours Supportive and friendly work environment Opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients Our ScheduleMonday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PMTuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 1-hour lunch: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM Wednesday: CLOSED Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM Responsibilities Provide comprehensive preventive dental hygiene care Perform dental cleanings and periodontal assessments Take necessary dental X-rays Perform oral cancer screenings Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and periodontal health Review treatment recommendations with patients Maintain accurate patient records Work closely with the dentist and dental team Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection-control standards Provide a positive and comfortable experience for every patient Qualifications Current Ohio Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license Current CPR/BLS certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Positive and professional attitude Ability to work independently while being a team player A genuine desire to provide excellent patient care Why Newark Family Dentistry?
