You will routinely perform: Comprehensive treatment planning Composite restorations Same-day CAD/CAM crowns Root canal therapy Surgical extractions Single-tooth implant treatment from extraction through final restoration If you aren’t currently comfortable performing every procedure listed above, that’s perfectly acceptable. What matters most is your willingness to learn. We expect our associate to pursue the continuing education necessary to become proficient in these procedures, and you’ll receive mentorship from experienced doctors who perform them every day.
