Bilingual Front Desk Dental Receptionist (English/Spanish) - Comfort Dental Brookhollow - Tulsa, OK

We are looking for a friendly and reliable front desk receptionist to join our team at Comfort Dental! As the first person our patients see and talk to, you’ll play a huge role in making them feel welcome and keeping our day running smoothly. We need someone who is great at multitasking, loves helping people, and detail oriented. If you are organized, proactive, and bring a positive attitude to work every day, we would love to meet you! We have a lot of Spanish-speaking patients, so you must be fluent in both English and Spanish . You’ll need to feel comfortable answering the phones, greeting patients, and helping them fill out their paperwork in both languages. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 1+ years of dental front desk or medical receptionist experience preferred (Knowledge of Dentrix is a major plus). Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Organization: High attention to detail, strong multi-tasking abilities, and comfort handling fast-paced scheduling. Technical Skills: Proficiency with dental software, Google Drive, and basic office hardware (scanners/shredders). Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour Work Location: In person
