Denzinger Family Dentistry is looking for an exceptional Expanded Duties Dental Assistant to join our clinical team in a senior role. Our doctors view experienced EDDAs as true clinical partners whose judgment, efficiency, and patient relationships help deliver exceptional care every day. You'll work closely with our dentists, practice to the full scope allowed by Indiana law, and play an important role in providing an outstanding patient experience while helping our clinical team operate efficiently. The Senior EDDA designation is earned—not simply given. Reserved for full-time team members who successfully complete our Senior EDDA skills assessment, it recognizes exceptional clinical ability, reliability, efficiency, professionalism, and leadership within our practice. Compensation starts at $29 per hour , with higher compensation based on experience, demonstrated clinical proficiency, reliability, and successful completion of the Senior EDDA assessment. What You'll Do Perform expanded duties within the full scope permitted in Indiana. Partner with doctors to deliver efficient, high-quality patient care. Anticipate the needs of the doctor, patient, and clinical team. Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their visit. Build lasting relationships with patients through exceptional service. Accurately document treatment and clinical activities. Maintain excellent clinical organization and workflow. Support clinical standards and best practices. Mentor and encourage less-experienced dental assistants. Contribute to a dependable, efficient, team-oriented clinical environment.
