We are a pediatric dental clinic seeking a compassionate and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team of dental professionals dedicated to providing outstanding oral healthcare to the children in our community. Key Responsibilities Maintain strict instrument and operatory infection control standards Prepare and organize instrument trays Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene and postâtreatment care Maintain dental records and manage clinical supplies Take and process dental Xârays Perform coronal polishing Place sealants and silver diamine fluoride (SDF) Assist the dentist with restorative procedures and oral surgery Assist during general anesthesia procedures Qualifications Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification Pit and fissure sealant certification Current CPR certification Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong chairside manner and a passion for working with children Benefits & Compensation Competitive hourly wage (based on experience) Medical and dental insurance Paid time off (PTO) Monthly production bonuses Inâhouse dental benefits for employees and their children Job Type: Full-time Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
