Associate Dentist — Join Gorge Dental Gorge Dental | 2–3 Days/Week Initially | 1099 We’re Looking for the Right Dentist, Not Just Another Provider Gorge Dental is looking for an Associate Dentist who is passionate about providing thoughtful, comprehensive, high-quality dentistry and wants to build something meaningful with our team. We are an out-of-network practice transitioning toward fully fee-for-service care , and we’re intentionally moving away from a high-volume model. We want a dentist who believes that excellent dentistry takes time, careful planning, strong clinical judgment, and genuine connection with patients. If you’re the kind of dentist who wants to know why you’re doing something—not just how quickly you can do it—we’d love to meet you. The Opportunity 2–3 days per week initially , with potential for additional days as the practice grows 30–32% of production , depending on experience 1099 independent contractor position Practice pays all lab fees Ideally 3–4+ years out of dental school Opportunity for mentorship and continued clinical development Who We’re Looking For We’re ideally looking for a dentist with: Strong general restorative skills Strong CAD/CAM experience An interest in biomimetic, conservative, and evidence-based dentistry A commitment to comprehensive diagnosis and treatment planning Excellent communication and patient relationship skills A genuine desire to continue growing clinically You do not need to already be an expert in biomimetic dentistry. If you’re genuinely interested in conservative, evidence-based approaches and excited to develop your skills in that direction, we’re willing to support your growth. Mentorship & Growth We want this to be a place where you can continue becoming a better clinician. Mentorship is available in areas including: Implant dentistry Endodontics Comprehensive treatment planning Conservative and biomimetic restorative techniques There is also potential for future CE support as we build a long-term relationship.
