Our 30+ year standing Pediatric Dental practice is looking for an upbeat, detail oriented, and fast learning candidate to join our team as a Clinical Dental Assistant in our hygiene and sterilization departments. The Pediatric Dental Team located on South Juniper Street in South Philadelphia, is committed to Making Philly Kids Smile in any and all ways. Our assistants are a huge part of this! The right candidate is hard working, enjoys working with children and other people, smiles often, is an excellent team player, is detail-oriented and communicates well with teammates both verbally and via written notes and office software. Candidates with prior experience and inexperienced quick learners are both encouraged to apply. All new team members will be trained to perform assisting responsibilities such as, patient education, radiographs, four handed dentistry, and taking notes in our electronic medical records system. To apply for this full-time role, candidates must be available Monday through Thursday from 7:50 AM - 4:45 PM for an approximate total of 32 hours per week. To apply for the part-time roll you must be available Tuesday through Thursday from 7:50 AM - 4:45 PM for approximately 24 hours per week. To be considered for the pay rate range of $20-$22 you must have employment experience of at least 1 year in a dental practice AND your DANB RHS certification.
