We need someone rock-solid: extremely reliable, honest, hardworking, sharp-minded, drama-free, and a real critical thinker. If that's not you—don't apply. Your week will look like this: Monday - be in the office between 8am and 8:15am. Start seeing patients at 8:30am. Take lunch from 12-1pm. See patients from 1-4pm. You will leave before 5pm. Tuesday - same as Monday. Wednesday - same as Tuesday Thursday - start half an hour later. Longer visits on these day. Pace is much slower. Done with patient care by 4pm. Friday - if you choose to work a half day. Similar pace to Thursday. Done by noon. Fridays are a rotating schedule with your other Assistants. Additional hours if needed. Orthodontic experience required (we're not training from scratch). Starts at $20/hour— of course more if you've got proven skills. We don’t use complicated, tricky appliances like MARA or Herbst. Treatment here stays simple, effective, and easy to manage—for the patient and you. No fuss, no surprises.
