Associate Dentist – Thursdays Only(Potential for Additional Day)

We are a small, friendly family dental office looking for an experienced Associate Dentist to join our team on Thursdays.

We are seeking a dentist who is confident, dependable, patient-focused, and comfortable working independently in a family practice environment. Our office values quality dentistry, honest patient care, and building long-term relationships with our patients.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Thursdays
• Potential for an additional day: We are currently hiring for Thursdays only, but if it is a good mutual fit, there may be an opportunity to add Tuesdays in the future.
• Compensation: $1,000 daily guarantee or 30% of production, whichever is greater
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of clinical experience required
• Must have an active California dental license and be in good standing
• Korean or Chinese language skills are a plus, but not required
• Experience with general and family dentistry preferred

We are a small family dental office with a comfortable and welcoming environment. We are looking for someone who works well with our team and provides friendly, high-quality care to our patients.

Working Interview

Selected candidates will be invited for a working interview on a Thursday so that both the dentist and our team can make sure the position is a good fit.
