Job Summary ComfortFit Dentures is looking for a dependable, caring and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team in Show Low. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, genuinely cares about patients, and works well as part of a team. Dental experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities Take diagnostic X-rays as needed Assist the dentist during dental procedures Welcome, comfort, and prepare patients for treatment Ensure patients receive friendly, helpful, and courteous care Prepare treatment rooms according to protocols Sterilize instruments Position instruments for dentist access, suction, and pass instruments during procedures Maintain clean, organized, and properly sterilized clinical areas and equipment Clean and maintain areas throughout the office Follow infection-control and sterilization procedures Contribute to the overall team effort Perform other duties related to the position, as needed Skills Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Positive, caring and friendly attitude Excellent communication skills with patients and coworkers Professional and respectful demeanor Strong attention to detail Well-organized and able to stay productive in a busy environment Comfortable using computers and learning new technology Ability to multitask and work effectively Works well with others and contributes to a positive team environment Willingness to learn Previous dental experience is preferred, but the right person can be trained Join our team to make a positive impact on patientsâ lives through exceptional dental care!
