THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Compassionate Clinically Excellent Detail-Oriented Professional Engaging Team-Oriented Experience Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist in a general dentistry or specialty practice setting Proficiency with EHR systems such as Eaglesoft for medical records management Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and best practices across multiple specialties including prosthodontics, orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, and periodontics Familiarity with dental coding and documentation requirements under HIPAA regulations Strong understanding of dental assisting procedures and the role of a hygienist within the dental team Experience working with diverse patient populations and handling pediatric dentistry cases is preferred Excellent communication skills to educate patients effectively about their oral health needs WHY JOIN US?
