Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused General Dentist to join our busy dental practice. We are looking for a dentist who is confident providing comprehensive general dentistry and is committed to delivering excellent patient care. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide general dentistry services, including fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, extractions, prosthodontics, and oral surgery. Diagnose dental conditions and clearly explain treatment options to patients. Provide preventive and restorative dental care to patients of all ages. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records. Follow all HIPAA, OSHA, infection-control, and patient-safety standards. Work effectively with dental assistants and the rest of the dental team. Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment recommendations. Maintain current knowledge of dental techniques, technology, and best practices. Qualifications Active and unrestricted dental license in the state of practice. DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Experience in a general dentistry practice preferred. Strong clinical skills in restorative dentistry, endodontics, crowns, extractions, and prosthodontics. Excellent communication and patient relationship skills. Ability to work efficiently in a busy dental office. Pediatric dentistry experience is a plus but not required. Production-based compensation with strong earning potential.
