Bilingual Mandarin-English Practice Coordinator ( Diamond Bar, California) Biocrede Endodontics is seeking a smart, personable, and dependable Mandarin-English bilingual professional to join our specialty dental practice in Diamond Bar. This role combines patient coordination, healthcare operations, insurance/billing, accounting support, and front-office management. Dental experience is preferred but not required, and we are willing to train an exceptional candidate with the right character, communication skills, and ability to learn. Responsibilities Coordinate patient scheduling, referrals, and treatment flow Communicate with patients and referring dental offices in English and Mandarin Learn common dental/endodontic conditions and help explain the dentist’s diagnosis, treatment recommendations, and next steps Review fees, insurance estimates, payment options, claims, and collections Maintain accurate patient, insurance, treatment, and financial records Support bookkeeping/accounting, including QuickBooks, payment reconciliation, expenses, invoices, A/R, and A/P Support daily practice operations and resolve patient or administrative issues Assist with digital radiographs and CBCT workflow when appropriately trained and certified Qualifications Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English REQUIRED Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Intelligent, organized, dependable, ethical, and quick to learn Calm and professional with anxious or difficult patients Dental or healthcare front-office experience preferred Dental insurance, billing, bookkeeping, or Open Dental experience is a plus Schedule and Compensation Monday–Friday: approximately 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, Saturday availability preferred Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: Employee discount Free parking On-the-job training Professional development assistance Language: Mandarin (Required) Work Location: In person
