Flexible Dental Hygienist Position - Qualitas Dental Partners - Milford, MA

Dental Hygienist Dr. Norfolk is seeking a professional, friendly, dependable, and team-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate takes pride in providing excellent patient care, communicates well with patients and team members, and enjoys working in a calm, professional clinical environment. Responsibilities: Collect and document medical and dental histories from patients. Evaluate overall oral health, examining for any signs & symptoms of disease Chart dental conditions based on dentist’s observations and evaluations Follow through with oral hygiene procedures in accordance with treatment plans prescribed by the attending Dentist. Procedures may include Prophylaxis, Periodontal Scaling, Root Planning, Debridement, Application of Fluoride Treatment, etc. Sterilize dental instruments and tools Instruct patients of all ages on proper dental hygiene and care Take necessary radiographs as needed.
