Apply by completing a short survey here: https://go.cultureindex.com/p/xEDddPBBpomdgWBh What the role looks like Assist the doctor chairside across restorative, extractions, perio, endo, and cosmetic procedures Set up and turn over treatment rooms: sterilization, instrument prep, and equipment checks in line with infection control standards Capture dental X-rays and 3D scans with the quality needed for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning Practice four-handed dentistry to keep visits efficient and comfortable for the patient Keep patient records current and HIPAA-compliant in Eaglesoft Pitch in at the front when needed: scheduling, phones, and keeping records organized Who we're hoping to find Recent DA graduates are encouraged to apply Radiography (X-ray) certification is required Integrity, kindness, and a positive outlook Solid grounding in dental terminology, anatomy, infection control, and aseptic technique Comfortable with chairside assisting, taking vital signs, and clinical documentation Communicates clearly and professionally with patients and teammates Eaglesoft experience is a plus What we offer $17–$22/hr depending on experience Paid time off Monday–Thursday schedule with three-day weekends every week Hands-on mentorship and room to advance A team culture built on collaboration, excellence, and doing right by patients This is a place where your work makes a visible difference and your growth is part of the plan.
