Natural & Cosmetic Dentistry is looking for an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. We are seeking a confident, knowledgeable, and highly organized individual with extensive dental experience and a strong understanding of comprehensive dental treatment . The ideal candidate will have worked in both the back office and front office , allowing them to understand the clinical side of dentistry as well as treatment presentation, scheduling, financial discussions, and patient communication. This position requires someone who can confidently guide patients from diagnosis through treatment acceptance and completion while providing an exceptional patient experience. What Weâre Looking For Extensive dental experience is required Experience in both dental back office and front office Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and treatment sequencing Ability to understand and confidently discuss comprehensive and complex treatment plans Experience presenting treatment plans and helping patients understand their treatment options Comfortable discussing treatment fees, financing options, insurance benefits, and financial arrangements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build trust and rapport with patients Strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to coordinate appointments and properly sequence multi-step treatment Comfortable communicating and coordinating with doctors, hygienists, assistants, specialists, and administrative team members Professional, dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented Strong ability to follow up with patients and help them overcome barriers to completing recommended treatment The Ideal Candidate You understand dentistry beyond the front desk. You can look at a treatment plan, understand what the doctor is recommending and why, and then explain it to the patient in a way that is clear, compassionate, and confident. You are comfortable working with patients who may have extensive treatment needs and understand that successful treatment coordination is about more than presenting a feeâit is about educating patients, building trust, answering questions, coordinating care, and helping patients find a path forward with their treatment. Experience with cosmetic dentistry, implants, full-mouth rehabilitation, periodontal treatment, orthodontics/Invisalign, airway/TMJ treatment, and comprehensive restorative dentistry is highly desirable.
