Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) — Part-Time, 2-3 days/week League City Pediatric Dentistry is a privately owned boutique pediatric dental practice, and we pride ourselves on providing exceptional care to our patients and creating an exceptional work environment for our team. Buddy is part of our office family and brings plenty of smiles and positive energy to our team and patients every day. We also have another pup currently in training to join the fun. What You'll Do Provide thorough, high-quality preventive dental care to pediatric patients Build trusting relationships with children and help them feel comfortable and confident at the dentist Educate patients and parents about oral health and preventive care Communicate effectively with parents regarding findings, concerns, and recommended care Work closely with the dentist and team to provide an exceptional patient experience Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment Jump in and help wherever needed—even when something isn't technically “your job” Contribute to a positive, productive office environment Who We're Looking For We believe everyone on our team should contribute, communicate respectfully, and have each other's backs.
