This is a full-time position offering a three-day clinical schedule with steady patient flow, flexibility around your life, and real support from an experienced team. You'll provide a broad scope of general dentistry in a practice that actively invests in your clinical development and procedural growth. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary Guarantee: $200,000 annually , paid weekly—that's your floor. Production-Based Earnings: 30% of adjusted production up to $500/hour, then 35% thereafter. Most associates hit $235K–$300K+ annually .
