Permanent Dentist Job in St. Louis, MO
Our Private Group Practice is expanding and looking for an associate dentist to join us! The office is state of the art with digital imaging, cloud software, electric handpieces, intraoral scanner, CBCT, and TVs in each op. We do our best to comprehensively treat our patients. An ideal doctor is one who is willing to do surgical extractions, straightforward molar endo, and removable procedures. We are also willing to mentor and teach these skills as long as they express the interest. We believe adding these procedures increases patient satisfaction in addition to boosting dentist job satisfaction over basic dentistry. This is a great opportunity to collaborate and work through complex cases. The owner doctor will be present several days per week to help and collaborate. He loves to assist with hard diagnosis, cases that are more difficult, or the hard to please patient. The office team is bonused monthly and daily based on office production. This means they will work hard to keep your schedule productive, minimize cancellations, and see the most new patients as possible. They will also use their EFDA skills to allow you to see more patients at the same time to further increase production. If you choose this position, you can expect to be onboarded by the owner doctor where he will review our clinical manual the entire first day. The rest of the first week you will shadow to see our processes. The second week you will see a schedule that is at a reduced capacity to continue to familiarize you with our office. You can also expect to have quarterly meetings to check in and discuss any bottlenecks or areas we can improve our support. After 2 years with the group, associates are offered partnership in the group.
