Position: Pediatric Dental Receptionist Location: Vero Beach, Florida Schedule: Full-time What You'll Do Welcome patients and families with a warm, friendly attitude. Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar. Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries. Verify insurance benefits and process patient information. Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records. Support the clinical team to ensure a positive patient experience. Qualifications Previous dental or medical office experience preferred. Previous clerical, administrative, front desk, or customer service experience required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Comfortable working with children and parents. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Experience with dental software is a plus, Eaglesoft preferred. Positive attitude and team-player mentality.
