Join Our Dental Team! We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to become an important part of our growing, patient-focused family dental practice (Fee For Service). This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with patients, takes pride in providing excellent care, and is happy to contribute wherever needed. While chairside assisting will be the primary focus, we are looking for a versatile team member who can also help with administrative and front desk responsibilities when necessary. What You'll Do Provide chairside assistance during general dental procedures Set up and break down operatories before and after patient appointments Clean, sterilize, and organize instruments and clinical areas Take digital radiographs when properly certified Help patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit Enter and maintain accurate patient and treatment information Assist the administrative team as needed with phones, scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and other daily office tasks Contribute to a positive, organized, and efficient office environment What We're Looking For A minimum of one year of experience working in a dental office Ability to confidently assist in the clinical area, with flexibility to help at the front desk Dependable, professional, and positive attitude Strong communication and organizational abilities Someone who works well as part of a team and is willing to pitch in when needed Familiarity with dental software is helpful, but not required What You Can Expect A positive and supportive team environment An established, quality-focused family dental office A Fee-for-Service practice that prioritizes personalized patient care The opportunity to grow and build a long-term career with our team If you are looking for a stable position in a practice where teamwork, professionalism, and patient care truly matter, we would love to meet you!
