Job description: We are looking for a versatile, proactive team member to join our practice in a dual-role capacity. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being a key player in the seamless flow of a high-standard dental office. Your workday will involve: Coordinating the Patient Experience: Serving as the professional face of our practice at the front deskâmanaging check-ins, scheduling, insurance verification, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Driving Clinical Efficiency: Keeping the "engine" of the office running by expertly turning over treatment rooms and managing the sterilization of instruments between appointments. Maintaining a Gold-Standard Environment: Taking pride in the physical space by performing light cleaning duties to ensure every corner of the officeâfrom the lobby to the operatoriesâis spotless and organized. Collaborative Logistics: Assisting with the administrative and clinical tasks that allow our providers to focus entirely on patient care. Qualifications Experience: At least 1 year of experience working in a dental setting is required.
