About the Role We are looking for a Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our Atlantic office! The ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, and enjoys working with children. You’ll work closely with our doctors and clinical team to provide excellent patient care while helping create a comfortable and positive experience for every child. Key Responsibilities Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Take and develop dental X-rays as needed Assist with patient seating, charting, and clinical documentation Provide chairside support during exams and procedures Help patients feel comfortable and at ease throughout their visit Follow all OSHA, infection control, and office safety procedures Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment Communicate professionally with patients, parents, and team members Support the clinical team with daily office needs Qualifications Dental assisting experience preferred Pediatric dental experience is a plus DA certification or required credentials preferred Comfortable working with children and families Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to work in a fast-paced clinical environment Willingness to learn and grow within pediatric dentistry Why Join Us?
