Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Dental Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks in a caring, holistic dental environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of DENTAL terminology and office procedures. Duties Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide clerical support including filing, typing, and maintaining office organization. Review patient intake forms and ensure all necessary information is collected accurately. Support the medical team with administrative tasks as needed. Experience Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. Bilingual abilities are a plus to enhance communication with diverse patient populations. A background in administrative support or office management will be advantageous.
