Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lead Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of our dental office while providing exceptional patient care. Hours Monday - 8:30am-5:00pm Tuesday - 7:30am - 5:00pm Wednesday - 7:30am - 5:00pm Thursday - 8:30am - 5:00pm Select Fridays - Once a month - 7:30am - 1:00pm Location : Dyer, Indiana 46311 Duties. Assist the dentist during various procedures, including examinations, cleanings, and restorative treatments. We are a General Dental office, we also do select endo, implants, clear aligners, and wisdom teeth removal. Encourage team work ethics Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment. Maintain accurate patient records and manage dental terminology within the practice management systems. EFDA responsibilities and duties Prioritize daily duties and maintain the flow of office in an upbeat,positive manner. Qualifications 2 years experience as a Dental Assistant / EFDA is required. Dentrix knowledge Understanding of aseptic techniques and infection control protocols is essential. Experience or interest in Cerec is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
