Dental Front Desk / Patient Coordinator – Full Time - Whitlock Dentistry - Ashland, KY

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized person to join our dental team in Ashland, KY. Our front desk team is often the first and last interaction our patients have with our office, so we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates well, stays organized, and contributes to a positive team environment. What you'll do: Greet patients and help them feel welcome Answer phones and communicate with patients Schedule and confirm appointments Help keep the doctor's and hygienists' schedules productive Check patients in and out Collect payments and assist with basic insurance questions Communicate with the clinical team throughout the day Help solve scheduling and patient-service issues as they arise Who we're looking for: Dental experience is helpful, but not required . We're more interested in finding the right person than someone with the perfect résumé.
