Registered Dental Hygienist – Brookhaven Dental Group | $50–55/hr Location: Brookhaven, GA 30319 Compensation: $50–55/hour Schedule: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM; Wednesday 8:00 AM–3:00 PM Practice Model: Traditional hygiene | Single-column, 60-minute appointments Patient Mix: PPO / Fee-for-Service We are looking for two full-time Registered Dental Hygienists to join the team at Brookhaven Dental Group . Brookhaven Dental Group is an established 4-operatory practice with one highly skilled dentist, an excellent practice manager, and an energetic, collaborative team . The practice is seeing a growing number of patients, and we are expanding our hygiene team to keep pace with that demand. The office currently operates four days per week with an expectation of expanding to five as patient volume continues to grow. Our doctor provides a broad range of care including general dentistry, restorative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry and clear aligner treatment , creating an environment where hygienists can be an important part of comprehensive patient care rather than simply running a hygiene column. What Your Day Looks Like 60-minute hygiene appointments Single-column traditional hygiene Established and growing patient base Dedicated periodontal therapy Doctor support for exams and treatment planning Digital workflows and modern clinical technology Collaboration with an experienced GP providing restorative, cosmetic and aligner treatment Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships Strong support from an experienced practice manager and clinical team What You'll Do Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care Perform dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance and scaling and root planing Conduct periodontal charting and clinical assessments Take diagnostic radiographs Educate patients on oral health and preventive care Identify and communicate treatment needs with patients and the doctor Maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with the doctor and team on comprehensive patient care Help us continue developing a strong, patient-focused hygiene program What We're Looking For Active Georgia Dental Hygiene License Current CPR/BLS certification Strong clinical skills and commitment to excellent patient care Excellent patient communication and education skills Positive, dependable and team-oriented Comfortable working in an energetic, growing practice Interest in professional development and expanding clinical capabilities Periodontal therapy experience preferred Laser certification is a plus, but not required Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is a great team member and takes pride in both clinical quality and the patient experience.
