Dental Front Desk Coordinator 1 Bethesda Dental Center | Bethesda, MD Full-Time | In Person Join Our Growing Team! 1 Bethesda Dental Center is looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our team! We're the newest chapter in a 40-year tradition of exceptional dental care. Our sister practice, Chevy Chase Dental Center, has been serving the Washington, DC community since 1984, and we're excited to bring that same level of care, technology, and hospitality to Bethesda. As the first face and voice our patients see, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience and keeping our office running smoothly. Dental experience is a plus, but the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn are just as important! What You'll Do Welcome patients and create a great first impression Manage scheduling and help keep our days running smoothly Answer phones, confirm appointments, and communicate with patients Handle check-in, check-out, treatment coordination, and payments Verify insurance benefits and maintain accurate patient records Keep the front office organized, efficient, and positive What We're Looking For A friendly, positive, patient-first attitude Strong communication and organizational skills The ability to multitask and stay calm on busy days A dependable team player who enjoys working with people Experience in a dental office is a must We currently use Dentrix and are transitioning to Dentrix Ascend . Training will be provided!
