The Orthodontic Assistant is a premier clinical and patient experience role, chairside partner to the doctor and a steady, reassuring presence for every patient in the chair. Chairside orthodontic assisting Digital workflows, including intraoral scanning and CBCT support 3D printing and digital lab support Orthodontic records and patient education Assisting with advanced procedures and appliances Sterilization and clinical organization Supporting and improving clinical systems and SOPs Contributing to an exceptional patient experience Team training and continuous improvement initiatives GROWTH & DEVELOPMENT We are committed to developing elite orthodontic assistants. All new hires begin at a rate based on experience and skill level, with rapid growth tied to performance. Our goal is for every Orthodontic Assistant to reach or exceed $33+/hour within roughly two years or faster, as they grow into a high-level clinical contributor. This is earned through skill, ownership, and consistent excellence. It is not automatic. PAY & BENEFITS Starting Pay: $26 â $29/hour for licensed candidates (RDA or Orthodontic Assistant Certification), plus monthly bonus opportunities. $25/hour for unlicensed candidates who commit to completing Orthodontic Assistant certification within 90 days of hire.
