Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, arranging supplies, and ensuring all equipment is ready for procedures Assist Endodontist and various specialist. Assist dentists during examinations and various dental procedures by handing instruments, suctioning, and managing patient comfort Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) while adhering to safety protocols Manage patient records accurately using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, including documenting procedures, medical history, and treatment plans Provide pre- and post-treatment instructions to patients to promote proper care at home Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols, including manual handling of sterilization processes and maintaining a clean environment Support patient service efforts by communicating effectively, answering questions, and addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy Skills Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar clinical support role with clinic experience preferred Strong knowledge of medical terminology, dental procedures, and diagnostic radiology techniques Ability to operate Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems efficiently for medical documentation Excellent client communication skills to foster trust and ensure patient comfort Critical care experience or acute care background is advantageous for handling emergency situations effectively Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), with additional training in blood sampling or medical documentation considered a plus Familiarity with manual handling practices necessary for maintaining safety standards in a clinical setting This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to make a difference in patientsâ lives through compassionate care and technical excellence.
