Join Our Dental Team! We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and hardworking team member to join our dental office! This position is primarily focused on supporting our dental assistants and keeping the back office running smoothly . You’ll help with things like: Turning over operatories between patients Cleaning, organizing, and preparing treatment rooms Sterilization and instrument processing Organizing dental equipment and supplies Restocking and keeping the back office clean and organized Helping our dental assistants with day-to-day tasks Supporting the team to make sure patients have a smooth and positive experience No previous dental experience? No problem! If you’re motivated, willing to learn, dependable, and genuinely interested in working in a dental office, we’d love to meet you. We are happy to train the right person! Qualifications Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn Positive attitude and good work ethic Comfortable working as part of a team Dental experience or dental assisting experience is a plus, but not required Fluent Spanish is a plus Previous healthcare experience is a plus Schedule Monday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday: Required Tuesday: Preferred Wednesday: Preferred Thursday: Optional We’re a chill, friendly, and fun dental team that truly values teamwork.
