Scrub charts for the next work day, schedule next cleaning appointment. Verify medical history and other intake forms are completed prior to seating patient. Complete prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, or Sc/RP procedure as scheduled (1 hour blocks). Take radiographs and complete periodontal probing as scheduled. Give patients feedback on their oral health, as well as customized OHI for their needs. Complete clinical notes. Clean and sterilize instruments. Turn over room for next patient. Be present for quarterly team meetings. Participate as a member of a team. Other tasks as assigned.
