Overview We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, manage appointment scheduling, handle insurance verification, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth clinic operations. Dentrix software experience is a plus (but not necessary) Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and professionally at the front desk, providing excellent patient service Schedule, confirm, and modify patient appointments Verify insurance coverage and benefits Collect payments as needed Manage patient intake forms and update medical records accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations Experience Prior experience in a dental preferred Proficiency in dental terminology Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multi-line phones and manage patient interactions professionally This role is integral to delivering exceptional administrative support within our dental practice while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
