Roving Assistant – Front Desk & Dental Clinical Support - Perios PC - Holland, MI

Overview We are looking for a dependable, friendly person to join our periodontal specialty practice as a Roving Assistant . This is a cross-trained position that works between the front desk and clinical areas of the office. Responsibilities include greeting patients and gathering required documents, answering phones, scheduling patients, treatment planning, as well as preparing treatment and surgical rooms, sterilizing instruments, and keeping the clinical and office areas clean and stocked. The position is a shared role, so responsibilities will vary throughout the day based on the needs of the office. Dental experience is helpful but not required as we are willing to train the right person. We are looking for someone who is reliable, comfortable multitasking, comfortable communicating with other offices and patients, willing to follow established procedures, and joys working as a team.
