Permanent Dentist Job in Davison, MI
Irish Road Dental, a well established private dental practice, under new ownership, is looking for an associate dentist for a full or part time position. Practice is focused on patient care and education first and foremost. Open dental software system. 1 year experience is preferred but not required. Mentoring opportunity offered as well. Compensation starting at 30% of collections or agreed upon daily minimum depending on experience. Daily minimum guaranteed for first 6 months. Please feel free to contact us with any questions. Responsibilities: - Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals - Conduct routine dental examinations - Diagnose and treat oral diseases and conditions - Develop treatment plans for patients based on their oral health needs - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices - Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to provide comprehensive dental care - Stay up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and attend continuing education courses Requirements: - Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school - Valid state dental license - Strong knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and equipment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficient in using dental software and electronic health records systems (Open Dental) - Familiarity with infection control protocols and HIPAA regulations - Ability to maintain accurate and detailed patient records Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
