Dental Hygienist Qualitas Dental Partners is seeking a professional, friendly, dependable, and team-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our growing practices. Responsibilities: Collect and document medical and dental histories from patients. Evaluate overall oral health, examining for any signs & symptoms of disease. Chart dental conditions based on dentist’s observations and evaluations. Follow through with oral hygiene procedures in accordance with treatment plans prescribed by the attending Dentist. Procedures may include Prophylaxis, Periodontal Scaling, Root Planning, Debridement, Application of Fluoride Treatment, etc. Sterilize dental instruments and tools. Instruct patients of all ages on proper dental hygiene and care. Take necessary radiographs as needed. Provide chair-side assistance during dental procedures. Document lab procedures and ensures follow up on results. Assists with or institutes emergency measures for sudden adverse developments. Provide a welcoming and comfortable experience for both adults and children. Work collaboratively with doctors, assistants, and front office team members to provide exceptional patient care.
