Dental Assistant – Brickyard Dental Group Full-Time | Competitive Pay | Team-Focused Dental Practice Brickyard Dental Group is looking for an energetic, dependable, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our growing team. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is positive, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working as part of a high-performing clinical team. We want someone who doesn't simply complete assigned tasks but actively looks for ways to help the doctor, support teammates, and improve the patient experience. Responsibilities Assist doctors with general and restorative dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and ensure efficient room turnover Take high-quality digital radiographs Assist with digital scanning and other dental technology Review schedules and prepare in advance for upcoming procedures Maintain proper sterilization and infection-control protocols Provide clear pre- and post-operative instructions to patients Maintain accurate clinical documentation Monitor and maintain clinical supplies and inventory Help keep the clinical area clean, organized, and ready for patients Work closely with doctors, hygienists, and administrative team members Help create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient Qualifications Previous dental assisting experience preferred South Carolina Nitrous Oxide Monitoring Certification Required Dental radiography certification is required Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality Comfortable working in a busy, team-oriented environment Willingness to learn new technology, procedures, and systems Experience with digital dentistry, intraoral scanning, CBCT, implant procedures, oral surgery, or IV sedation is a plus.
