Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Centralia, MO
We are a one doctor general dentistry practice looking to add one full time restorative assistant to begin immediately. Pay rate based on experience and task mastery. FT employees eligible for performance based bonuses Position: dental assistant Office Hours: Monday through Thursday 7:30AM - 4:30PM, one hour lunch, Actual hours may vary Candidate must have compassion for others, awareness for detail, desire to learn, and value perfect attendance Our goal to increase efficiency in delivering dental care to our excellent patients! Experienced candidate preferred, with CDA or EFDA certification Elements of this position include: *Commitment to total patient care *Assist the Dentist with patient treatment *Understanding of dental instruments and materials *Compliance with OSHA and BBPS Requirements *Digital x-ray, patient forms, charting, treatment plan documentation, financial discussions, scheduling, instrument processing, cleaning and maintaining work spaces, refreshing supply, taking dental impressions, laboratory procedures *Work with all team members *Cross training with business assistants *Complete daily, weekly, monthly checklists Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Employee discount Paid time off Application Question(s): Do you live near the office?
