We are a well-established private dental practice in Burbank seeking a full time or part time experienced, motivated, and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant to join our team.

Our office provides high-quality, comprehensive dental care to a primarily fee-for-service patient base, allowing us to focus on exceptional treatment and personalized patient care.

Qualifications

• Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license.
• Extensive knowledge of all phases of general dentistry.
• Experience assisting with oral surgery and dental implant procedures.
• Proficient with digital X-rays, infection control, sterilization protocols, and clinical documentation.
• Excellent chairside assisting skills and the ability to anticipate the doctor's needs during procedures.
• Professional, dependable, works well under pressure, organized, detail-oriented and a team player with a positive “can do” attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor with a full range of dental procedures, including restorative, cosmetic, oral surgery, and implant cases.
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for scheduled procedures.
• Take diagnostic radiographs and impressions as permitted by California regulations.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and post-operative instructions.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with OSHA and HIPAA standards.
• Help create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient.
