Dental Assistant (Glendale) | Full-Time | Private Practice

We’re a doctor-led private practice in Glendale looking for a full-time Dental Assistant who takes pride in quality dentistry and enjoys taking great care of people. We’re not a corporate office. We’re a close-knit team that works hard, treats patients like family, and values professionalism, kindness, and reliability.

What you’ll do

• Assist the doctor chairside and help keep the day running smoothly

• Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for

• Assist with a variety of procedures (surgery experience is a plus)

• Stay on top of setup, sterilization, room turnover, and clinical details

• Communicate well with the team and contribute to a strong, positive culture

What we’re looking for

• Arizona X-ray certification required

• Strong chairside skills and excellent patient communication

• Positive attitude and team-first mindset

• Learns quickly and adapts well in a busy practice

• Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Bonus points if you have experience with

• Surgery and implant assisting

• CAD/CAM and same-day dentistry workflows

Compensation
$22-$26 per hour. Pay depends on experience and skill set.
